Renovation of a tourist business offering rental apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Chalkidiki.
Our company was assigned the complete renovation of the entire building, which includes space planning, design, and the implementation and coordination of all necessary tasks for its operation. The work was carried out by our experienced, specialized teams.
The building was also upgraded energy-wise, with external thermal insulation and the replacement of external energy-efficient window frames.
The interior underwent a full renovation, which included electrical and plumbing works, as well as modifications to the layout of the spaces. The changes to the flooring, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets added the necessary updates to rejuvenate the apartments.
The design focused on both functionality and aesthetics, choosing furniture and colors that create a beautiful, fresh atmosphere.
