Home Renovation (Oreini, Serres)

Renovation of a three-storey building located in the mountainous region of Serres, consisting of two homes: one on the ground floor and a maisonette on the first and second floors.
Energy-efficient upgrades were performed, including thermal insulation on the façade, the installation of new energy-efficient windows, and the construction of a new roof with appropriate insulation and waterproofing.
External works included the design of the yard area, such as the construction of a new fence along the street frontage and the installation of a metal canopy. Internally, both residences underwent a complete renovation, including electrical and plumbing work, as well as modifications to the layout.
The changes to the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen result in a modernized living space.
