“Energy Efficiency Program” 2025
The new program “Home Energy Efficiency 2025” has started, featuring many innovations and strong interest from property owners and tenants for the energy upgrade of their homes.

Application Submission:
Applications are to be submitted from January 8th, 2025.
Integration Process into the Program
Required Documents:
– Recent electricity bill.
– Property title deed.
– Registration certificate (only for new acquisitions).
– Building permit.
– Legalization of unauthorized buildings.
– Owner’s ID.
– National Land registry.
Collaboration with a specialized engineer of the company :
– Verification of document validity.
– Retrieval of architectural plans and building inspection.
– Assessment of housing needs and preparation of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Submission of Application:
Evaluation of all applications and allocation of subsidies based on scores and criteria.
Traps You Need to Watch Out For:
– Documentation Preparation: Ensure that all documents are correct and up-to-date.
– Collaboration with Professionals: Collaborating with a specialized engineer is crucial for the successful submission of the application.
– Building Legitimacy Verification: Any pending issues must be resolved before submitting the application.
Eligible Budget:
The maximum eligible budget reaches 35.000€
Eligible Participants of the Program :
Individuals who have a real property right (full ownership / usufruct / bare ownership) over an eligible residence, or tenants who lease an eligible residence with a remaining lease term of at least seven (7) years at the time of submitting their application, are eligible to participate in the Program.
Eligible Residences:
In order for a dwelling to be considered eligible, it must meet the following general conditions.:
– It is legally established.
– It has not been deemed demolishable.
– It is used as a primary residence.
– It has been classified, based on the First Energy Performance Certificate (A’ E.P.C.), in a category lower than or equal to C.
Funding Rates:
For individual incomes up to 5000,00€ or family incomes up to10000,00€ the subsidy rate is 95%
For individual incomes above 5000.00€ or family incomes above 10,000.00€
Category of Beneficiaries ⇒ Funding Rate
Families with a member / members with disabilities → 80%
ΟFamilies with three or more dependent children → 65%
Additional beneficiaries → 50%
